Cass Vineyard and Winery 2021 Syrah - 750ml

The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon is deep ruby red in color and has lovely fruit forward fragrances of lingonberry jam, black cherry, cassis, and cranberry. Earthier flavors of cedar sawdust, eucalyptus, stewed beets, and violet develop after the wine opens up. The palate is smooth with flavors of cherry, chocolate, and Kona coffee.

Pair this complex wine with simple foods such as butter roasted steak, hot borscht, Gruyère stuffed meatballs, and wide-cut duck fat fries.
