Welcome to Liquor Cork. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products. By accessing our site or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Legal Age Requirement The sale of alcoholic beverages is strictly regulated.

  • You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase products from this website.

  • A valid government-issued photo identification and an adult signature (21+) are mandatory upon delivery.

  • In accordance with California Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) regulations, if no adult is available to sign, the package will not be left at the destination.

2. Shipping and Delivery All shipments are handled according to our official shipping settings:

  • Order Cut-off Time: 6:00 PM (PST).

  • Handling Time: 0 – 1 business day (Processed Monday – Friday).

  • Transit Time: 2 – 3 business days via UPS Ground (Monday – Friday).

  • Shipping Costs: Rates are carrier-calculated based on weight from zip code 92114. A mandatory $10.00 flat-rate handling fee is applied to all orders to cover specialized, secure packaging for fragile items.

  • Destinations: We currently ship only within the United States.

3. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Condition: Only "New" products (unopened, with original seal and packaging) are eligible for return.

  • Return Method: All returns must be sent by mail.

  • Return Labels: We provide a pre-paid return label at no cost ($0.00) to the customer.

  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 50% of the product price applies to all non-defective returns (customer remorse).

  • Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Exchanges: We do not accept exchanges.

4. Payments and Billing

  • Currency: All transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD).

  • Payment Security: We utilize secure, PCI-compliant encrypted payment processors.

  • Accuracy: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions.
