1. Legal Age Requirement The sale of alcoholic beverages is strictly regulated.

  • A valid government-issued photo identification and an adult signature (21 years or older) are mandatory upon delivery.

  • In accordance with California Alcoholic Beverage Control regulations, if no adult is available to sign for the package, it will not be left at the destination.

2. Shipping and Delivery All shipments are handled according to our official shipping settings:

  • Order Cut-off Time: 6:00 PM Pacific Standard Time.

  • Handling Time: 0 – 1 business day (Processed Monday through Friday).

  • Transit Time: 2 – 3 business days via United Parcel Service Ground (Monday through Friday).

  • Shipping Costs: We charge a flat shipping rate of $28.00 USD for all orders within the United States. This rate covers all handling and secure, specialized packaging for fragile items.

  • Destinations & Restrictions: We currently ship only within the United States. Due to state regulations, we only ship to states where direct-to-consumer delivery of alcoholic beverages is legally permitted, and certain restricted states are excluded at checkout.

3. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges Our return policy is designed to be transparent.

  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Condition: Only "New" products (unopened, with original seal and packaging) are eligible for return.

  • Return Method: All returns must be sent by mail.

  • Return Labels: We provide a pre-paid return label at no cost (0.00 United States Dollars) to the customer.

  • Restocking Fee: There is no restocking fee for returns.

  • Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Exchanges: We do not accept exchanges.
