At Liquor Cork, we specialize in the secure, compliant, and professional transport of premium wines and spirits. We ensure every bottle is handled with care and delivered efficiently to your door.

1. Shipping Rates & Costs

All transactions and shipping costs are calculated and processed transparently in USD. 

Shipping Costs: Real-time shipping costs are calculated directly at checkout via UPS Ground based on the total weight of your package and the delivery destination.
Order Origin: All orders are safely hand-packed and dispatched from our physical retail facility located in San Diego, California  (Zip Code: 92114).

2. Delivery Timeline (Handling & Transit)
We work efficiently to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. 

* Order Cut-off Time: 6:00 PM (PST) Pacific Standard Time
* Handling Time: 0 – 1 business day (Processed Monday through Friday)
* Transit Time: 2 – 3 business days via UPS Ground (In transit Monday through Friday)
* Total Estimated Delivery Time: 2 – 4 business days for standard domestic orders.

Note: Orders placed after 6:00 PM PST or on weekends will begin processing the following business day. Shipments do not move on major public holidays.

3. Legal Shipping Requirements & Restrictions
* Adult Signature Required (21+): In strict accordance with California Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) regulations and federal law, an adult aged 21 or older with a valid government-issued photo ID must be present to sign for the package upon delivery. 
* No P.O. Boxes: Because a physical adult signature is legally mandated, we absolutely cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
* State Restrictions: Shipments are limited strictly to zip codes and states where the direct-to-consumer delivery of alcoholic beverages is legally permitted by law. 

4. Order Tracking
Once your package is hand-packed and dispatched, you will receive an automated confirmation email containing your UPS tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update the tracking status on their website.
