Refund policy

At Liquor Cork, we are committed to your complete satisfaction. We maintain a transparent return process in accordance with California regulations.

1. Return Window and Eligibility

  • Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request.

  • Product Condition: We only accept returns for items in new condition. Products must be completely unopened, unused, in their original packaging, and with the original store seal fully intact.

  • Exclusions: Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on any alcoholic beverage if the safety seal has been broken or the bottle has been opened.

2. Return Method and Process

  • Return Method: All returns are processed by mail.

  • Initiating a Return: To start a return, please email us at sales@liquorcork.com. Once your return is authorized, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label via email for you to download and print.

3. Return Fees and Costs

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If your product arrives broken, leaking, or damaged during transit, there is no cost for return shipping and no restocking fee. We will issue a full refund or a replacement at no extra charge.

  • Customer Remorse ("Change of Mind"): If you choose to return an item due to a change of mind, we provide the return shipping label at no cost. We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.

4. No Exchanges

We do not accept product exchanges. If you prefer a different vintage or spirit, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order on our website.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected at our San Diego facility, we will process your refund. Your funds will be automatically credited back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
