Ordering and Age Verification

  • How old do I need to be to order? You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase any products from Liquor Cork. We use age-verification technology to ensure compliance with California Alcoholic Beverage Control and federal laws.

  • Do I need to be home for delivery? Yes. By law, all shipments containing alcohol require a physical, in-person signature from an adult aged 21 or older with a valid government-issued photo identification. Packages cannot be left unattended.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Where do you ship? We currently ship to supported locations within the United States.

  • Do you ship to Post Office Boxes or internationally? No. Due to legal requirements for an adult signature, we cannot ship to Post Office Boxes, Army Post Office, Fleet Post Office, or Diplomatic Post Office addresses, or locations outside the United States.

  • How long will it take to get my order? Our daily order cut-off time is 6:00 PM Pacific Standard Time. Orders have a handling time of 0 – 1 business day (Monday through Friday). Transit time is 2 – 3 business days via United Parcel Service Ground.

  • How much does shipping cost? We charge a flat shipping rate of $28.00 USD for all orders within the United States, which includes all handling and secure, specialized packaging for fragile items.

Returns and Refunds

  • What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. We only accept returns for new products that are unopened and sealed.

  • Is there a restocking fee? No, we do not charge a restocking fee for returns.

  • How do I start a return? Please contact us at +1 (858) 337-4318 or email sales@liquorcork.com. Returns are accepted by mail. Once approved, we will provide a download and print return shipping label at no cost to you.

  • Do you offer exchanges? No, we do not accept exchanges.

  • How long does a refund take? Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Billing and Security

  • Is my data secure? Absolutely. We use industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer encryption and process all transactions in United States Dollars. We do not store full credit card details on our servers.
