Ordering & Age Verification

  • How old do I need to be to order? You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase any products from Liquor Cork. We use secure age-verification technology to ensure compliance with California Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) and federal laws.

  • Do I need to be home for delivery? Yes. By law, all shipments containing alcohol require a physical, in-person signature from an adult (21+) with a valid government-issued photo ID. Packages cannot be left unattended.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Where do you ship? We currently ship to supported locations within the United States.

  • Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or internationally? No. Due to legal requirements for an adult signature, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or locations outside the United States.

  • How long will it take to get my order?

    • Our daily order cut-off time is 6:00 PM (PST).

    • Orders have a handling time of 0–1 business day (Monday – Friday).

    • Transit time is 2–3 business days via UPS Ground.

    • The total estimated delivery time is 2–4 business days.

  • How much does shipping cost? Shipping is determined by the UPS Ground carrier rate based on weight and destination from our origin (92114). A flat rate price increase of $10.00 is applied to each order to cover specialized protective packaging.

Returns & Refunds

  • What is your return policy? We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. We only accept returns for New products that are unopened and sealed.

  • Is there a restocking fee? Yes. A restocking fee of 50% of the product price is applied to all non-defective returns.

  • How do I start a return? Please contact us at +1 (858) 337-4318 or email sales@liquorcork.com. Returns are accepted By mail. Once approved, we will provide a Download and print return shipping label at no cost ($0.00) to you.

  • Do you offer exchanges? No, we do not accept exchanges.

  • How long does a refund take? Approved refunds are processed within 7 days.

  • Is my data secure? Absolutely. We use industry-standard SSL encryption and process all transactions in USD. We do not store full credit card details on our servers.
