 The Chateau Saint-Roch Cotes du Roussillon Kerbuccio Maury Sec 2020 is a delightful wine from the Maury region in the South of France. It’s named after a famous, crumbling castle that dominates the vineyard where the grapes are grown. This blend consists of 65% Grenache, 30% Syrah, and 5% Mourvèdre, cultivated in black-schist soils. Expect scents of cracked pepper, menthol, crushed stone, black cherries, black olives, and black licorice. And yes, it’s dark-hued as well.
