The flaxen color, tinged with green highlights, leads to aromas of lime zest and flavors of ripe pear. This wine combines 30-70 year old Grenache Blanc (60%) and Roussanne, and its fresh, crunchy acidity adds lots of energy to the ripe fruit character.
