The 2019 Domaine Bousquet Gaia Organic Malbec opens with a pleasing aroma of ripe blackberry, nicely integrated spice and touches of vanilla. It's a good start.
The medium to full-bodied wine tastes smooth and juicy and features similar flavors to the nose with lots of dark fruit in the mouth.
It ends dry and long and was similar on day 2. This is a really solid example of Malbec.
