Krasno 2015 Merlot - 750ml

The Krasno Merlot is a red wine produced in the Goriška Brda region of Slovenia. It’s made from 100% Merlot grapes, harvested by hand. The fermentation process takes place over 10–15 days at a temperature of 25–28°C, and it’s done entirely in French barrique barrels. After fermentation, the wine is aged for 18 months, with 50% in French barriques and the other 50% in stainless steel tanks.
