WINE MAKER NOTES:

Fresh strawberry, cherry, and black pepper on the nose. Elegant on the palate, smooth red cherry with fruit, leather, and dried oregano. A touch of dust with tobacco and apricot.  Cuisine complements include veal cutlets, roasted meats and grilled vegetables, or savory red pasta dishes with pecorino and parmesan.
