Manuel Quintano 2018 Seleccion Particular Tempranillo - 750ml

Manuel Quintano Selección Particular is a red wine from the Rioja region in Spain, made exclusively from Tempranillo grapes. The vineyard sources grapes from old vines, hand-harvesting and carefully selecting them through vibration and sorting tables. The stems are removed without crushing the grapes, and the wine undergoes long controlled macerations at low temperatures in French oak barrels with submerged caps. This wine captures the essence of the grape, defying time with its character. It’s crafted from a selection of Tempranillo parcels, aged over 30 years, located in the highest third of Labastida, between 550 and 700 meters above sea level. 🍷👌
