Larson Aqua Ignis Steam Fire Process Cognac - 750ml

An intriguing Cognac here from Larsen, dubbed Aqua Ignis! This wasn't rested in just any old casks, but each French oak barrel was plunged into hot water and then toasted over an open fire.

The process adds heaps of toasty mocha and spicy notes to the Cognac.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Delightful aroma.

Palate: Woody vanilla and toasted oak, with rich mocha, roasted coffee bean and flamed orange peel.

Finish: Rich and smooth.
