Pinckney Bend Rested Whiskey - 750ml

 This spirits is double distilled, coming off the still and into the barrel at 117 pf. We call it Rested American Whiskey because it spends time in both new and reused charred oak barrels. As a result it does not fit the legal definition of either bourbon or corn whiskey.
