A specially allocated bourbon not available year round.

Aroma of dried plum, green apple, and subtle caramel with taste of dark chocolate , smoked leather , cinnamon , and vanilla. Medium -to- long finish with a lingering sense of crushed fresh rose petal.

To augment the flavor , the bourbon was aged for one year in a new , charred American white oak barrel and then aged two years in a 4- year old Rittenhouse Rye barrel.
