Behind Bars Whiskey - 3.75 ml

Palate: surprisingly not as bad as the nose... No oil on the tongue, very clean. No spice to speak of...just a lot of light vanilla and marshmallow.... nothing else. (tried straight and rested on ice) 10 minutes later still nothing but the vanilla and marshmallow.

Finish: Evaporated quickly. Crisp. A bit of sweet ethanol. Fades very very quickly.
