Nose: Floral, citrus, cut grass, and light peat smoke.

Taste: Slightly oily on the tongue, with vanilla extract, crème anglaise custard, peat smoke, crushed pecans, cereal malt, citrus, and a touch of spice

Finish: Medium length, fading vanilla, malt, and a touch of citrus.
