Luminous, fluid, pale yellow hue, lively, fine bubbles with a long lingering bead.

Fine and concentrated on the first nose, notes of honeysuckle, blackcurrants, wild strawberries, pears and hazelnuts. Aromas of Mirabelle plum, ripe pineapple, passion fruit, orange, warm butter and sweet almonds.

Lovely freshness, supple, animated by soft, creamy bubbles. The aromas are fruity, pulpy, and underpinned by a lemon and orange acidity. Mineral, chalky-clay notes then develop bringing freshness and chewiness and lengthening the palate. The freshness and fruity maturity endow this wine with a lush, succulent finish.
