Grappa Poli Barrique Solera di famiglia 18-98 is born from the talent of Jacopo Poli and the family's Solera. Produced from a cuvée of red grape varieties from the Veneto region, it is distilled in a copper still with flowing steam. The Solera method involves blending by overlapping barrels: every year, from 2001 to 2014, 7 barriques of grappa were set aside in the Poli household, bringing the total to 98. Each of the youngest eaux-de-vie that is put into the family Solera is aged for a minimum of 18 months. The blending of the various vintages began in 2015, creating a grappa with a unique and unmistakable style.
