Hatcher 2022 Chardonnay - 750ml

From two vineyards in Calaveras County, 6 Mile Vineyard and Indian Rock Vineyards.  Aged 8 months between our new 800-gallon Austrian Cask and a stainless-steel tank.  Light yellow in color.  The nose is very inviting.  Hints of cut grass, melon and fresh air after a spring rain.  The front of the mouth is round and leads into a medium mid pallet that is very pleasant.  Our Sierra Foothills Chardonnay has to balance a warm climate.  The cask helps build body but doesn’t overpower the flavor.  Pair with your favorite salad.
