Hatcher 2020 Sparkling Brut - 750ml

Pinot Noir grapes from Duarte Vineyard in Georgetown at an elevation of 2400 feet in the El Dorado County appellation.  Made using Methode Tradionnelle; a true 2nd fermentation in the bottle.  Hints of yeast on the nose from a two-year tirage.  Flavors of Fuji apples and pears with a bright finish.  Enjoy this Brut Sparkling Blanc de Noirs with any celebration.
