Made in small batches according to a 500year old tradition. Their Agave is hand-harvested and toasted in earthen mounds, mashed with a stone wheel. Traditional Fermentation with hints of smoke, tropical fruit. A Powerhouse sipping spirit.

Well-balanced with brine, gentle smoke, and honey notes on the nose, and white pepper, grapefruit peel, and tropical fruit on the palate. 

Perfect for sipping, and cocktail friendly, especially in a Negroni, Margarita, or Paloma.
