Winery Tasting Notes: Aromatics of black currant, licorice and just a hint of black pepper create an enticing aroma. On the palate, dense layers of raspberry and plum are coupled with cinnamon and spice. The finish is smooth and elegant. 1850° is the temperature at which each and every unique Klinker Brick is fired.
