The Manuel Quintano Cepas Viejas is a red wine made from Garnacha grapes in the Rioja Alavesa region of Spain. The winemaking process involves cold pre-fermentation maceration for 4 days, spontaneous fermentation in small tanks, and subsequent aging for 10 months in used French oak barrels. The vines used for this wine are between 70 and 120 years old, resulting in a high-quality product. Cheers! 🍷
