Siete Leguas 47 Blanco "Siete Decadas" Tequila — 700ml | 47% ABV
A High-Proof Celebration of Tequila Heritage Siete Leguas 47 Blanco, also known as "Siete Decadas," is a high-proof expression created to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Siete Leguas distillery. Unlike standard bottlings, this tequila is bottled at a "Still Strength" of 47% ABV (94 Proof), preserving the raw, untamed intensity of the agave. It is produced using traditional methods at El Centenario, one of the two legendary distilleries owned by the family.
Traditional Craft & Ancestral Methods This 100% Blue Weber Agave spirit is crafted using the Tahona (stone mill) method. The agave is cooked in small brick ovens and fermented with the agave fibers (bagazo) in open-air wooden vats using wild yeast. This ancestral approach, combined with the higher alcohol content, results in a complex profile that captures the true essence of Highland (Los Altos) agave.
