Description: This Gamay, crafted by the master of whole-bunch fermentation, Timo Mayer, is fine-boned, detailed, and beautiful to drink. Grown from vines in Dixon Creek, it boasts a wild character with crunchy whole-bunchiness yet remains plush and juicy. Expect a lifted red fruit finish. 

Winemaker’s Notes: From Dixon Creek in the northern Yarra, this medium-bodied Gamay offers a nose of crunchy whole-bunch, red crimson plums, hints of dry roast cinnamon, and allspice.
