Vollereaux Brut Rose - 750ml

Méthode Ancestral (Petnat) made with Pinot Noir and Pinotage grapes. Made to enjoy for each summer season that it was harvested in. Due to minimal intervention, there will be sediment and no sulphur was added. Subtle berry notes and a good, long, dry finish.

• Tasting Notes: Expect pomegranate, fynbos (a type of local vegetation), and delicate brioche aromas. The bubbles are lively, and the wine has aging potential while remaining enjoyable in its youth.
• Food Pairing: Ideal as an aperitif or with fresh fish dishes, including ceviche.
